Service Purpose: Our service is designed for individuals who have independently chosen to undergo medical procedures in Turkey. It is not our intention to persuade or dissuade individuals from undergoing procedures in Turkey. Any interpretations or perceptions of our statements and publications that differ from our stated intention are invalid.Customers are reminded that our information serves as supplementary material and should not be used for medical decisions.

Data and Statistics: All data and statistics used, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are obtained from public sources. Customers should not base their decisions on the information we provide. Our service is designed and intended for individuals who have already researched their chosen procedure. We do not accept responsibility for the decisions made by customers regarding their procedures or the destination in which they choose to undergo these procedures.

Clinic Selection and Standards: We do not choose specific clinics for individual customers but ensure that all clinics meet our quality control standards and have the necessary accreditations. We regularly update our checks to ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain our quality standards. However, we do not guarantee the performance or practices of the clinics.

Scope of Service: Our service focuses on enhancing the quality and security of medical procedures for individuals who have already decided to undergo them. We aim to address common issues in medical travel, uphold data protection, and ensure customer satisfaction. Our aftercare support is provided through a VOIP or messaging system and is not medical advice. Aftercare treatment packages, if recommended by your doctor, are available for purchase separately and at an additional cost.

Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any complications, mistakes, or damages that may occur as a result of medical procedures. Customers are advised to conduct their own due diligence and understand that issues and complications are expected within a probability range. We aim to reduce these probabilities through quality standards and guidelines, along with an aftercare support system. Customers must acknowledge that they have given informed consent for their chosen medical procedures and understand that we are not responsible for any associated risks, side effects or how it might affect their lives in any way.

Non-Refundable Security Deposit: A non-refundable security deposit of two hundred and fifty Great British Pounds (£250)  is required for booking our services and is a part of and included in any quated prices for packages and purchases. This deposit covers administrative costs associated with reservations and arrangements and is deducted from refunds in case of cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 28 days before the planned procedure may incur additional charges, which can be waived at our discretion if rebooked within the next 12 months.
